JNP’s High-Performance Engagement Committee (HPEC) had their first 2026 meeting this month.
The committee meets quarterly, in person at different ports or via teams meeting. It helps to understand our team’s needs, improve the working environment and foster a culture of open communication.
Committee members discussed the goals they have for HPEC, aiming at celebrating wins. Part of that is to re-establish ‘Employee of the month’ with the possibility to nominate fellow team members.
The intention is to create awareness for the committee amongst the JNP employees and have more representatives from other JNP ports on board to represent the work force.
