As an initiative of the High Performance Engagement Committee (HPEC), JNP has re-launched the Employee of the Month initiative, aimed at formally recognising and celebrating the exceptional contributions of our team members.
Each month, employees can nominate their colleagues who consistently demonstrate a high standard of performance and go above and beyond in their roles. This initiative highlights employees who embody our values and make a meaningful impact across the organisation.
Nominations are open to everyone, giving all team members the opportunity to acknowledge the efforts of their peers across the motu. Nominations are carefully reviewed by HPEC, who select winners monthly.
