JNP’s Manager Meeting was set up in March.
Managers from across Aotearoa came to the JNP Headquarters in Tauranga (TRG) to meet for a dedicated training day, providing an opportunity to share their experiences, exchange best practices, explore new strategies and hone their skills through interactive sessions - fostering collaboration, growth and a shared commitment to excellence.
The day was a full success with the managers actively engaging and committed to understanding and improving safety and operational procedures. The safety segment was enriched by Air New Zealand’s Operational Safety Specialist Blair Speedy, who joined the meeting remotely and shared insights and updates, highlighting several key point managers should prioritise to ensure a safer working environment.
Looking ahead, there will be another meeting scheduled to continuouslyh empowering managers to better lead their teams.
